ABOUT YENNI

Head Consultant Yenni Gunawan has a breadth of professional experience. Not only has Yenni worked at a number of Melbourne’s finest restaurants and cafes, she is also a business owner herself, running successful catering company Bespoke Exquisite Catering.

Her diverse experience has given Yenni an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the food industry, from exceptional culinary skills through to business management, menu development, training, recruitment and more.

In 2011, Yenni established consultancy firm Foremost Food and has been working with clients to create extraordinary business concepts ever since.
